We ask that a simple one time form be filled out with a letter of diagnosis from your oncologist or social worker as proof of diagnosis. You can submit your tape order right after this is submitted- and fun tape will head your way! Future orders do not need to be verified, we will keep record. If verification is not possible please contact us through our contact page.
We strive to provide tape in a timely and efficient manner. Any delays or holidays in tape creation will be announced here and on our social media platforms. Our goal is to supply at-least two months worth of tubie tape supplies in each shipment for your fighter. If more is needed sooner simply let us know and fill out another order form! Smaller orders are available if the use of tape is only for central line “bling” and not for NG tubes or oxygen.
